In the fall, the Acadiana Outreach Center collects frozen processed game and fish from the previous season to help feed our neighbors in need in Acadiana. The Hunters for the Hungry food drive is held annually and local sportsmen and their families are invited to “clean out their freezers” to donate more than 6000 pounds of frozen processed game and fish to help provide more that 18,000 meals to the impoverished in the greater Lafayette community.
